Audit The Overwhelm
LIVE WORKSHOP . THURSDAY 17 SEPTEMBER, 7PM (UK) . REPLAY INCLUDED
Find out exactly where your career and life overwhelm is actually coming from. In one sitting.
You've read the balance posts, listened to the podcasts, tried the tips. None of it has moved the needle by Wednesday.
This is a live audit: a straight, guided way to see where your overwhelm is actually coming from, so you stop fixing things that were never the problem.
-
Tired of saving every productivity post and podcast, and still feeling the exact same way by Wednesday?
-
Waiting for the promotion, the holiday, or the big project to end before you’ll finally let yourself feel okay?
-
Wondering why you look like you’ve got it together from the outside, and you’re still running on empty by Thursday?
Inside Audit The Overwhelm you’ll:
Complete the Values Audit live: list your core values and find out where the evidence for them has actually gone thin
Complete the Energy Audit: map a typical day against your Skills, Strengths, and Talents and see where your week is really going
Find the overlap between the values gap and the energy leak, and turn it into one real decision
Set the boundary that protects that decision before the old pattern creeps back in
Self-select into a small accountability group built around your specific decision, and say it out loud
Walk away with a completed audit worksheet, not another to-do list
We’ll take it step by step
-
Step 1
The Values Audit. See where your values actually show up, or don't.
-
Step 2
The Energy Audit. See where your time actually goes.
-
Step 3
The Decision. Turn what you found into one real next move.
Workshop Logistics
When: Thursday, September 17, 2026, 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM UK
Where: Zoom (join link sent after registration)
Investment: £18
Format: Live workshop. You'll fill in your own audit worksheet alongside me in a shared Google Doc. Bring a device and give it your full hour.
Replay: Yes. Included with your ticket.
Can't make it live? The replay's included, but this one's built to get done live. The Q&A and the accountability elements only happen in the room, and this audit works better finished in an hour than left on a to-do list to "journal on later."
Why I teach this
Before this clicked, I was failing by my own definition. A new mum working five days a week, exhausted, wondering if I was expecting too much of myself. My spark was fading inside a career I'd been blessed to love.
Returning to work postpartum was one adjustment. A new job with a new environment and new expectations was another. I didn't plan for either. I went in head first and got overwhelmed every Wednesday.
What changed wasn't more advice. It was seeing my career and my life as one picture instead of two, taking action, and advocating for how I actually wanted to exist as someone with both. Less guilt. Better work. More presence. I started spending my time based on my energy, so even the busiest day on the calendar didn't feel that way in my body.
That's what Audit The Overwhelm is. A live 60 minutes where you run the same audit, guided, instead of carrying it around in your head for another few months.
I'm Jaz. I work with mid-career professionals who are overwhelmed by career and life together, and afraid to dream big because the two have never felt integrated. This workshop is where that audit starts.
Got a Question?
-
Yes. Most people in this room aren't in crisis, they're successful and still exhausted. That's exactly who this audit is built for.
-
Good. This isn't more information. It's an audit of what you already know, so you can see where it's not actually being applied.
-
Yes, especially if you're 8+ years into your career and haven't let yourself dream big because career and life have never felt integrated. The audit meets you at "I can't see what's wrong," not "I'm ready to overhaul everything."
-
This audit has been especially useful for people returning to work after parental leave and people navigating a late neurodivergent diagnosis. The exercises still apply, we'll just talk through how.
-
You could keep collecting advice. Most people in this room already have plenty of it. This audit does something different: it doesn't add information, it removes what's in the way so you can see the actual root. That's the part more content can't do for you.
-
The workshop gets you a real decision on what's been going wrong and what to do about it. If you want the habit change to actually stick, that's what RESET, my 8-week program, is for. Either way, you leave with something real, not just a feeling that something's off.
-
No refunds. It's a £18-28 ticket for 60 minutes. If the topic turns out not to be your Wednesday, it's an easy skip rather than a refund conversation.
